New Zealand Visas

IEPA 16 delegates travelling to New Zealand may require a visa or travel authorisation, depending on the country that issued their passport. Many visitors can enter New Zealand using a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA), while others will need to apply for a Visitor Visa in advance.

We are unable to provide individual visa advice, as requirements vary depending on your nationality and personal circumstances. We strongly recommend that you consult the official New Zealand immigration website for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Please do not rely on third-party agencies.

If you do require a visa to enter Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, we recommend that you start your visa application as early as you can. It is not possible to tell in advance exactly how long it will take for your visa application to be processed as each application is different and processing times can vary, but some can take a considerable amount of time, so please do start your application as early as possible.

You must apply for a visa before travelling. You must do this from your home country or the country where you are a legal resident. We strongly recommend that delegates apply for their visas well in advance - ideally at least three months before travelling to Ireland - to allow sufficient processing time.

*Please note, visa letters from the Conference Organiser can only be issued once registration has been completed and paid in full.*
